Authenticity & Warranties

All watches sold at Capitolium Timepieces are authentic, guaranteed by the supporting documents of the brands themselves, plus a second verification, being duly credited by independent entities appointed for the purpose.
All watches are properly protected with official brand guarantees, thus being protected by the statutes and policies of each of its representative brands.
The warranty expires if the purchaser himself or a third party opens the watch or removes parts of the watch without the prior consent of Capitolium Timepieces and/or does not comply with the watch's safeguarding and use policies.

Returns & Exchanges

If there are problems with the item, you have a period of 14 days after receiving the item to contact our customer support team and receive your money back. Contact our support team by phone or email within 14 days of receiving the watch.
After that, we will document your request and guide you through the next steps. If you need to exchange or return the watch, please send the watch back to us completely safe, in its original packaging.
The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, however this amount may be refunded in the final price of the purchased item.
